Whenever I go on the ville the gray bar with Home Supporters Info Rules Servers Stats and fourms and the other stuff can not remember since I can't see it! The gray bar is blank just a gray bar! There aren't any buttons to press there I have clicked in their place but still can't see them. It has been very annoying for the last 4 months. I have tried different resolutions and IE and Mozilla firefox internet programs. Nothing works!

Are you running an ad blocker, because I know Norton thinks it is an ad? For me it is no longer centered with firefox

Yeah, make sure you aren't running any content blocking programs. Also try clearing your cache. In FireFox, go to Tools>Options>Privacy>Cache>Clear and in IE go to Tools>Internet Options>General Tab and click delete files in the Temporary Internet Files section.

Also make sure you have Java Scripts enabled.

What is his screen resolution? And you are sure it isn't being blocked by some program?

Ok, go to the Ville home page, right click and go to View Source. Copy the code that you see and PM it to me.

Clear your cookies or if you are using firefox right click on the page and reload. That reloads everything as most the time it pulls it up by a cookie. I know I have to do that everytime KRG loads up a new header on the site or I will still see the old one..lol
