I'm going to retire my microsoft intellimouse explorer sometime this week for the newer model. My finger prints are burnt on to the mouse now and the tracking has gone to hell... It used to say microsoft on the palm area, now it just says cros... we should have a mouse hall of fame. I'd like to see how abused other mice get playing on the ville...

We just built a fry's about a year ago or so. Haven't been there yet, but it's just about 10 miles down the freeway. I guess I need to go one day (when I've got the money).

I have used the Five button Optical InteliMouse from Microsoft. Works great for grenades. Love it.

What is this Frys you speak of? Up here in Ohio we have Best Buy, and HH Gregg, and CompUSA, and Microcenter, but no Frys. Interesting.

Go to outpost.com for the Fry's web site.
Info for anyone who doesn't know. Fry's was started by the son of the original owner of Fry's supermarkets. The idea was a supermarket for Techies. They have almost anything you could ask for in the Electronic/computer worls.
Caution though be very carefull when shopping there as they will repackage returned goods and resell them, sometimes with out all the things that belong in the box. Things like the CD with install/setup files , manuals, etc.

I don't want to get a different mouse, then I would have to give up my best excuse

A 5 button mouse sounds too easy. I think I would be too good if I had 5 buttons, probably twice as good! No one would play with me because I would be TOOOO good. I'll stick with my filthy mouse becuase I like you guys.

Fry's? Ouch, struck a nerve. Fry's is the devil's supermarket! Do they have the best prices? Yes, dear God yes! They are so good you can't stay away. Just when they suck you through the doors with their weekly ads (50 disks for $0?) that's when the evil starts. No service, looooong lines, repackaged crap... it's diabolical!

I could go on, but I can hear the collective mice clicking. Just one little story: Went in for a digital camera. Waited for help for 30 minutes just for a key to open the cabinet. Since she was there, I asked the Fry's employee if they had the 10MB memory card for my camera. She took me to the battery section and left me. A different employee grabbed me to write up the sales slip so he could get the commission. Then waited in line for 2 hours ... memories too painful, can't go on... AAAAAAARGH!

Scarred in SoCal

P.S. Try writing a check at Fry's... the horror!
