well i can't sleep. i hate it. its like you are not awake but not asleep. it sucks really bad. im gonna go lay down some more and keep my head firmly pressed against the pillow. its too bad i got to get up for school in like 3.5 hours. _________________

I don't know how some of you do it, especially you kahlan. I have no problem falling asleep after along day, or when I did not have much sleep the night before. There is no way I could function at work or anywhere with two hrs of sleep, hit the power button on the computer for God sakes and get to sleep. _________________

Vicoden (the drug) seems to be knocking me out just fine after my surgery.
Also, it's not recommended to be using a computer or any device like that a half an hour before trying to sleep because you wind up being too wide awake. In other words, posting to the forums every half hour isn't going to help you sleep. _________________ http://www.chronixradio.com |

That's when you lie down and force yourself to sleep, i.e. slow breathing, clear your thoughts, basically try to simulate sleep as much as you can. Works for me. _________________ http://www.chronixradio.com |
