|
|
I am looking for something that will help clean my comp. I have most of the bases covered except for the registry. I don't quite know enough to try and do it manually. I was wondering if anyone knows much about the programs out there and which ones they would recommend? _________________

I had somewhere around the same amount. I already had that program but only the trial version of it. I was wondering if it was worth buying or if there was anything better out there that comes with a disk _________________

What about Registry Cleaner? It's a free utility available at PC World. _________________ ********* *********

I went to PC world and downloaded, Easy Cleaner . It found 120 reg entries to delete. It does some cool pie charts on your files.
It was cool to look at the game files and see where the weight is.
Thanks for the heads up, I like that program _________________ Only in America......do they have drive-up ATM machines with Braille lettering. |

Thought You All Might Like The Program. Amazing The Amount Of Junk That Collects In There. If My Registry Was A Garage, I'd Have A Yard Sale Every Other Week. _________________ ********* *********

Heres one for you. Its a free utility that MS wrote years back. I have been using it since it came out, and I personally think it works just as good if not better than the rest. And its FREE!
Yes, it does say 95/98/NT But it does work on Xp..
http://www.download.com/3000-2094-881470.html?legacy=cnet
Just run it and when its done it will prompt you to let it fix what it found and when its done fixing it will create a undo file for you. |
