Black Hawk

Here's the comments from the voters:

i think he should get it because he is doing a lot to spread teh name of the ville to others through his clan
He has been around the ville for a while now and has helped a lot with TVR and forming the first chapter called No Dice. -Stevo (I had to vote to break the 3 way tie between me, rat_boy, and Black Hawk).
As much as I like to win things, I couldn't vote for myself. Each person had two votes each. We need to get more votes next time to prevent this.
