centering names

how can i do this? i try the option in the config, but it doesn't work. i had added something to my autoexec.cfg file that did it for me, but i recently formatted my computer, and can't remember the command.. anyone know?

On a related note, what exactly does centering the names do? I noticed this in my config, but wasn't intrigued enough to find out.

go into your tfc icon on desktop. go into multi-player, customize, advanced options and click on center names. it centers the name of the person you are looking at. this allows you to keep your eyes focused on the middle of your monitor without having to look hear and there, i like it.

Centering the names is when you look at someone and there name registers either in the cornor of the screen or centered where your aim point is. How to do it other than in the Game hud I don't know. But if its is a value of 1 or 0 I assume that 1 would activate it.

This option rules for medics. You'll notice sometimes that spies show up with their real name listed too. If your names were in the corner, you'd miss that little hint.
