Well, after serveral months of not having a computer with Halflife on it, I was able to install it on my wife's laptop. I downloaded steam just fine and I was able to join in a warpath game last night... for a few minutes.
I was happy to see some familiar faces too, like Shaft, Patato, and Dominator. After I finish tweaking the controls and settings, I might be able to play a little more  .
All I need now is some WD40 for these rusted joints in my hands and fingers 
See all you on.

Depending on your age, Slick 50 teflon lube may work better.
Doesn't leave that tell-tale after-scent.....
