There is no fee to beta test the Software and the Service.

When I checked the download area I found this

The wording leads me to believe you need to buy something

Its free during beta. Which is now.
Once its released. It will have a monthly fee. All MMORPG's go through the same path. |

I've heard you get a month or two under the beta and then have to pay.
