The way I do DoD is this: I always play allies. However I dont team stack. When ever I see that the teams are un-eaven in favor of the allies, I don't join axis, I usually go to a different server, to free up a spot on that one so somebody can join axis. This is mostly because I hate playing as axis, its just a personal thing. I guess I love the BAR too much...

P.S. I'm not above stealing axis weaponry though....bwahahahah!

Yeah I noticed that, too. Ever since I got a good mic, I've been doing way better. A lot of times I'm at the top of the list because I'm the only one telling people what to do.

i usually tell ppl what to do then i just start saying stupid crap like its peanut butter jelly time and then i stop playing so i can watch that

When I join a server I auto-join. No matter what, it's just expected more or less.

But when the map changes, I'll just join whoever I feel like joining that moment. It's basically completely random anyway unless a group of people communicate with uber 1337 speak to stack the next game. I've got different reasons for wanting to join which ever side - whether the BAR and Garand are letting me down I'll try out the STG next map. But lately I've noticed that I've been favouring Axis even though the BAR is my most effective weapon. A month ago I was favouring Allies, I really don't know why.

The only map that I'll always choose a particular side on is Anzio - Axis (only if I'm present at the switch/beginning of the round) - which is because I <3 it. I absolutely love Anzio more than any other map, I usually get in about 5-15 shovel kills, it's my happy place...

Certain maps I usually am a certain team (i.e. Allies or Axis) but if I see that they are unbalance I am not above switching sides to even things out. I love to be axis so I get bayonet people in the back but I am not above smashing a few heads with the Garand Butt! hehe Most of the time I usually do random and still get the team I want anyways! lol #Beer

I personally choose a class that has two nades. If I don't like the gun? So what you can always find one you like laying on the ground.

Stacked how though? Its one thing when you have all the guys who have ace DoD skills on one team, but a lot of times I'll see teams where you get a bunch of players like me who aren't the greatest in the world but constantly attack and actually help out guys capping 2 person flags, etc. Meanwhile the other team, which may even have better skills, is content to sit in windows and lose :/ (heaven forbid a hit to the good old k/d ratio). I wouldn't help out a team like that.

I always pick auto-team, and I always lose.

Why can't the Admin's set the game start at Assign Teams only? Problem Solved!
I almost always play on the Axis.

Problem there is the server doesn't know who is talented and who is not. Auto-Assign solves only part of the issue. Once teams are set, it's up to the server inhabitants to keep things even. I wish we could rely on the computer to make common sense decisions like this. It's just not as effective as you would think. In the end, it'a always up to the players to keep things even.

Very true. Once teams are chosen then who is to stop people from changing to the teams they want to play on??

The main purpose of this thread was to bring awareness to try to solve the problem before it got out of hand. So far it has made a huge impact on gameplay within the servers. Great job guys

I only play axis unless the stacking is horrible in favor of them (2 or more people more than allies).
