I am hoping someone can help me with a problem that I have been having with Steam? It seems that everything works ok until I try to connect to a game. Then this message appears:
Disconnected
You have been disconnected from server.
Reason: Error verifying Steam user ID ticket (server was unable to contact the authentication sever,31). |

Do you have STEAM at work and at home? If I leave it logged in at one place I can never get on at the other.

Maybe delete the ClientRegistry.blob file, then log off and back on to Steam and let it update.
