I kinda learned this in some group therapy.......
1. We can do something about the situation-try to change it, if possible.
2. We can learn to accept the situation- although we may not like it.
3. We can do nothing about the situation- but insist on upsetting oursevles and everyone around us.
which will you choose _________________ [img=http://img429.imageshack.us/img429/4480/sidepicture4vy.jpg] |

nothign wrong with therapy. my family and i went to family counseling to work out some stuff. everyone has their own form of therapy. mine happens to be music. both playing and listening.
oh and i used secret answer 4. i make the situation worse by opening my big mouth. but then talk my way out of it. either way, its a form of numero uno. _________________

1 and 2 but personally Id say that it depends on the situation. If you see someone about to be murdered then you do something about it, you dont stand by and watch it happen or go on your way. You move in and stop the person taking action by yourself. To not do so would make you something less then human.
The second one is like when you lose a friend/loved one (be it a pet, person or whatever). You learn to accept whats happening/happened with time I guess... |
