Hey did you guys ever think of Pming him and telling him he's probley not reading it becuase he's new so he just replys. Kinda of a noob if you ask me but everyone was at one point give the dude a break and just pm him instead. I dont think yelling at him get us anywhere. Thanks

If he's truly that noobish, he would never even see the PM. 
I'm sure he has read all of this post. If not, then that's his loss. If you take the time to post and then never read it, well. . .you're silly. All of the information he needs is in this post in one form or another.
No one is really yelling at him, just giving him a hard time maybe. 
I'm not a recruiter and this is not a recruiting station. It's not my job to "hook" people up with clans. I've provided info and that's as far as I go.

all i can say is personally clans are overratted. ever since i started my own or joined wit tvr i feel like i must be a role model or enforce(mostly the clan is the reason for this) the rules (which is fun because i dont have admin powers) but i get around that...anyways clans are overrated but joining a guild isnt i have had lots of fun with tvr and i think the reason why i think clans are overrated is because i like the power of being the supreme being in the clan but i hate it when the clan falls apart espically after i got it going....*feels depressed now  *

As co-leader of US=V I can tell you that:
We at US=V have never and will never have so called tryouts. We do not and will not become a competition guild.
The ONLY way ANYONE becomes a member is through INVITATION.
