Noob HW

Here is a classic example of where the term Noob HW comes from. I was playing avanti and had chosen to be a spy. I disguised myself and hid in a corner by the gates. Some hw noticed I was a differnt color than him and started shooting. I decided to play along and feign death. He seemed satisfied and proceeded to stand on top of me while trying to shoot the real enemies through the gate. When the gates finally opened he charged in. I almost died laughing when he couldn't kill anyone in respawn. He didn't give up though. Time after time he ran in and got mowed down by the turret before he hurt anyone. I believe he left shortly after one was capped to find a less hostile map.

Ha! I love it when I'm spying and some newbie follows me shooting and gets mowed down by the enemies. It teaches them a lesson, and it eliminates suspicions by the enemy team.

OMG how did that guy get past the gates.....I can always tell when a spy is feigning an him be satisfied with your short death makes me laugh.Rule of thumb if a spy dies shoot him in the head an the shoot him in the head again for good measure

I always watch the top right corner of the screen to see my name pop up next to deaths, that's how I know when a Spy's really dead. Also I just have a sense as to how much the spy class can take before croaking.

I think they missed your point Chen. I got it though. I've watched HWs shoot CyCoMom before the gates open. Don't they wonder how the enemy got on their side of the gate ?

I realize in your case you were outside of the gates that hadn't opened yet. How funny, I once kept feigning and standing back up when this one HW was trying to Kill me. Next thing I know he's typing "Cheat Alert , Cheat Alert !!" I really LOL on that one.

In case you didn't get it I was disguised and the HW was on my team :razz:
