I d/l the steam cahce files pluse cs1.6, and i couldnt of asked for a more smooth install. I have played DOD/CS so far and i am very impressed, after downloading it took me 10 mins to get it all set up and get gaming. Damn i love my puter  Good luck to the rest of ya lol.

Cool, I'm getting the same pack from SHAFT. I hope my install goes smoothe.

install was smooth.....3 d of d servers online.....hoping for more, but if Valve/Steam think they are gonna get nickel one in some kind of bullshit monthly subscription from me they are sadly mistaken.........Lots of online games out there to play..........

That is just an optional CHOICE of payment when HL2 comes out. With the 10$ a month, you get access to all the retail mods for free. You can just buy everything separate like I'm gonna do just like you did before. Only the mod makers that decide to charge will charge, like TF2 is gonna come separate from HL2.
