"Invalid Session" is just a glitch. An error. It means nothing. Don't freak out man.

I tend to get that when I log in on the front page. Try logging in the forum section.

Are you using the AOL (or whatever service you have) browser? If so, try using Internet Explorer instead. I had that problem before and that solved the problem.

There was an article I read that explained the problem and what caused it. There was a security update with the latest version of phpBB that checked for IP's on every page load. Now, if you are using a service such as AOL that switches you from server to server, your IP is constantly changing. When phpBB checks your IP, it gives the Invalid_Session error because your IP is different than it was on the last page load.

If you are using AOL or CompuServe or something like that, it will cause that problem. Like I said, try using IE instead of your service's default browser (it should also be a little faster, too).
