I have no idea myself.
Now, I don't know what a 'member' is, but if I'm posting here, I'm a member correct?
If not, does the term 'member' refer to 'Ville supporters?
Anyhow, I don't see anything at the bottom of my screen, so the only way I get to it is by Misc -> Raffle.
Now, assuming since I'm posting, I am a member, I click the link for members join here and I get this:

Umm..wtf?
There has been no way for me to join the raffle since its introduction and I've been pissed about it since, but no one seems to want to rectify the situation so I kinda gave up..
If anyone can help me with this it'd be greatly appreciated..

Hmmm. I just went through the Misc. Menu to get to the raffle, stuck in an email, and it worked. I would venture it may be something from your end. I even put in a Hotmail address, which - as I recall - you can't use to get an account here.
Are you accessing theVille through an on-line service? AOL, MSN, etc.? This may be your problem and why the server thinks you are coming in from outside the domain.

You should have done it through the members link if you are a member. This gives you a 3:1 chance.
And for non-members (non-supporters), just go to the Misc. menu and choose Raffle. There, it tells you what you can win and a space to put your email. If that doesn't work then I don't know what's wrong.

Care to point me to this? I don't see anything clickable other than the link to the 'ville shop at the bottom right..
And I'm connected via Verizon DSL, so...i dunno
If not, I can use my alternate email, but I'm not too sure I want to.
Any ideas that might help?

Only the supporters can see the supporter's link. You just go to Raffle under the Misc. section of the menu at the top.

mm.. ok.. but that doesnt really help.. still gives me those errors and wont let me join..

My main email (and the one that's registered under this forum name) is trespasser007@hotmail.com
I thought maybe hotmail was a problem so I temporarily switched it to my alternate one ( Dark@DarkScythe.com ) but it gave me the same errors, so I switched it back to my hotmail..
Apparently hotmail is not the problem here..

Can we say "Browser Settings" boys and girls? I knew you could...
Sorry. I know that was mean. But I would seriously check your browser settings. Most likely that is the only difference from your machine to the next...
