Is there a sprite available, for the sniper rifle, when it is not zoomed? Even something to help you know where the center of the screen is.

No I don't think so....and if you find one I think it would be considered a cheat. The crosshair is gone when unscoped to discourage "assault sniping". Having a crosshair while unscoped would give you too great an advantage....why would anyone use a plain rifle if they could have the best of both worlds?
