today i tried to get on the DOD ville 4 server and it said that someone is currently using my cdkey idontknow how this is possible but does anyone know if its just somegoofy prob that comes up every now and then or sumthin else

That's happened to me before, except it was on TFC. I had the same problem for at least over a month. But as far as I know, it's just a bug with won, and nobody actually has your cd-key

I was playing on a public server somewhere and two guys were discussing downloading key's from Kazzaa. The key has to come from somewhere, so maybe yours was stolen.
