Second, huhwhattheheckareyoutalkingabout?
You need to be older to understand the terminology.... Some states it's a felony, some states are tooo general in what they classify as "contributing"
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1) CONTRIBUTING TO THE DELINQUENCY OF A MINOR - Contributing to the delinquency of a minor occurs when a person "induces, aids, or encourages a child to violate" any law. For the purposes of this section, "child" means any person under 18. Contributing to the delinquency of a minor is a class 4 felony. See Manual § 6.11 and C.R.S. § 18-6-701.
2) 37-1-156. Contributing to delinquency - Penalty - Jurisdiction of court.
(a) Any adult who contributes to or encourages the delinquency or unruly behavior of a child, whether by aiding or abetting or encouraging the child in the commission of an act of delinquency or unruly conduct or by participating as a principal with the child in an act of delinquency, unruly conduct or by aiding the child in concealing an act of delinquency or unruly conduct following its commission, commits a Class A misdemeanor, triable in the circuit or criminal court.
3) Statutes like those in Ohio make it a crime to encourage a minor to be "habitually disobedient" — that is, to encourage a minor to refuse to "subject himself or herself to the reasonable control of his or her parents." Ohio Rev. Code Ann. § 2151.022 (1999). Many other states have similar provisions. See, e.g., Ark. Code Ann. § 5-27-205(a)(5) (1997); Ga. Code Ann. §§ 15-11-2(12), 16-12-1(b) (1999); Ind. Code Ann. §§ 31-37-2-4, 35-46-1-8 (1999); Nev. Rev. Stat. §§ 201.090(10), 201.110 (1997); N.C. Gen. Stat. §§ 7B-1501(27), 14-316.1 (1999).

I think what LMH is talking about is that when you go into the links Oldman provided, you come across some women who are nekked(even if its being displayed in a Artsy/Fartsy way). So therefore if the younglings here go to said sites then we would be providing pornography to minors. Which could get us in trouble. Also a parent could be walking by and see that on the screen and freak out and exclaim "I knew that theVille was the work of the Devil!!!!" So you guys need to either be more carefull of what you post or don't post at all or put one of those disclaimers about being 18 to view that we all know nobody pays attention too. |

Oh Psshaw, there's no nekkidness there, if there was I'da already looked at it good an well, and knowed to put a warnin.
Haha younglings, I'm going to have to remember that, makes them sound like little creatures, Zerglings, Younglings...I Know I can't tell the difference.
Although this does hold some insight on American Society. It's Ok for minors and stuff to play these violent, bloody, killing games. But the second a picture even suggests nudity (albiet art) everyone (not everyone, just alot) prudes up and gets all offended, and goes psycho.

Odd ??? I hate it when people who stereotype others just cause they don't want to be or live the average persay "Joe Blow" lifestyle... Geez, I remember pulling up to a red light on my scoot with a few of my friends. and have a car next to us filled up with your typical isolated "Ozzy & Harriet" types and kids. You know the type that I am talking about, They roll their windows up and lock the doors telling the children "Don't look" ! As if we were a bunch of Ax murders or something ?
I used to love to *uck with these types and their minds. I remember pulling up to this one light and there were these two little old ladies in some beat up buick who were both wearing those big ass sunday hats with flowers and stuff on them. They couldn't stop staring at me either for some reason or another. So, I calmly looked over at them and blew them a kiss and then did a Gene Simons with my tongue! Talk about two blushing lil old ladies

Well but you need to understand that when you go way out of the generally accepted, that part of accepting the consequences of your actions is also understanding why people would look at you wierd. For me its that old saying "for each his own" with in reason of course. I remember this Baptist church that my Dad and step-mother go to, during the sermon a couple that look just like they were a part of the band the Cure walk in and sit down. Of course the Pastor continue on despite everybody turned around in their pews staring at these people. I remember my step-mother saying that you shouldn't judge them by the way they looked. I was probably around 11 or 12 at this time.
Even though I may never wear my hair or dress like that, the closest I came was in HS had my hair down to my shoulders with the baggy pants and flannel shirt(you know the Nirvana Grunge look), I still think its cool, because of the imagination and creative that goes into finding ways to make your hair and body look different from the norm. You know stand out so to speak.
Remember that the majority decides what is morally considered right or wrong. Think of what it must of been like when the Spanish landed in Mexico and came face to face with the Aztecs and the insueing staring at each other for sometime wondering who the hell are these people. Of course the Spanish looked at as will they don't look european, so they must be inferior.
On a less serious note. Stevo relize this is just filler as we wait for UD to get off his butt and take a picture of Gelly's hair, then we can be back on topic then go back off topic as it usually goes here.
Also after a few double Rum and Cokes I remember where Younglings comes from. It comes from the Robert Jordan series Wheel of Time. Young boys/men go to this White Tower to be trained as Warders to protect the Aes Sedai. A rebelion breaks out in the White Tower in which the young warder trainees side with the upsurp Amrylin. Because they range from the ages of 15-19 they become known as the Younglings. Instead of becoming Warders they become some type of crack troops that number around 500. If you haven't read this series I strongly sugest it. Despite the fact that Jordan becomes winded in his writing after his wife takes over as his editor thus resulting the series going to book 10 and counting. The sorry publishers TOR make him wait to release his next book only ever two years to milk the best sellers. JD knows my pain about this. With Jordan taking passages that run for several pages that used to take one or two paragraphs the plots and multi-complex subplots are running amuck with no end in sight. But great series over all anyways. Also I recommend the Sword of Truth by Terry Goodkind.
HOLY COW that was long sorry its the Barcardi Rum talking!!!! |

OMG.
It's ok to simulate murder and death in this video game.
But it's not ok to see a nekked woman from an art standpoint.
That's just stupid. Stupid.
Fear the naked human body! Embrace simulated murder!
