Oh, I'm sure there are some cases where it is useful. But to me, I don't care. I mean, ppl often don't stay at the same spot long enough to be useful, or they got killed in the meantime.

As compared to watching a boring dark screen, well I prefer that.

The best would be a new patch without the deathcam

In NS when we die, you then go into a spectate mode where you can follow your team mates. You can only see what they can. Is there something like that for DoD you could add in? It may be a good solution, Since if your team mates can not see it, neither can you

It already does that. The complaint is when you are killed it shows you who and where the person was that killed you. I can see the point of removing it but at the same time looking at a black screen is a complete waste of time. The comment "then don't get killed" doesn't exactly fly either. I say keep it the way it is now. I'm glad the black screen is gone. I don't mind the person I just killed knowing where I am. It benefits all players because then maybe then they can get better.
