Ok, now im on TV5 and it is not working, I have asked another sniper and he can not build on either, I tried my bind key and also typed it in. Im in a open area and it is not working. Open area below Flag 2. I have been up by the church and back down to 2 and still nothing.
I think this is now server specific... Is TV4 the only one to have this NEO installed and the others donot?
