I went to a server and saw that they had a plugin. Is it possible for somebody to make such a plugin. It did this:

in console, when u type applyskin <#> it would change your skin to like Homer Simpson.
Also when you type !skin it would bring up a window like the one the MOTD is in, and give you a list of the skin numbers, and what they make you. Can anybody make such a plugin.
Here are some specs:

Remember, for the user to change his/her skin you are supposed to type this into the console: applyskin <#>
eg. applyskin 1 = Agent Skin
applyskin 34 = Superman
If somebody out there knows how to do this please tell me, im desperate
