As a few of you might know, I've been searching for a house... the insanely low interest rates are just too good to pass up

Anyway... a couple days ago a house came on the market. I kid you not, it's address is:

1337 N. 5th Street...

I ran a check, and it is the only 1337 house in the county. The geek in me is just screaming BUY IT!!!!... (and the geek is a pretty big part)

If my current offer on a house fails, or is outbid, then I'm going to be sure and check it out

Just make sure that the house is worth whatever you pay for it. Wouldn't want it to be a dump and buy it just becasue of its address.

Who CARES if it's a dump? It's 1337!

(No honestly, I hope it's not just a cardboard box in ther gutter. Becuase no matter what the address is, it's not good to pay 700+ dollars a month for a trashbin. That wouldn't be very 1337, would it?
