What is the name of that program that lets you play music in-game, I did a brief search of the forums but found waaaaaay too many results for my liking. (none of the ones i checked what i was looking for)

Something called CounterAmp.

If u have a program like KaZaa or w/e do this,

first disconnect, then set up a play list of teh songs u want, then hit the "loop" button(in tools maybe). then play

...and it supports Winamp 3, and it comes with command menu txt file so u can do winamp functions easily in game.
