i downloaded the 1005 update again after my dad rebooted no problem
Next i download ville sound pack I unzipped and put it in its right place it worked too
next I downloaded neo-tf client pac and i read the read me and put the zip files in there right place (or so I think) that didnt work so I started extracting them in just about every folder which worked last time but it didnt this time I bet I just missed some folders but if you could tell me where to unzip them it would really help ty

If you installed it into the default directory, your TFC directory would be C:\SIERRA\Counter-Strike\tfc

Why on Earth would you think I have the ability to troubleshoot a technical computer problem? 
I'm a tech support h00r. 
I'm constantly luring 'Tulu with donuts and beer. .. pssst. . .here little demon creature of the sea. . . some beer for you.. . . hmmmmm. . gooood. .. .
Then BAM! I tell him my FTP program died and I can't delete items from my webspace.
Goes in SIERRA/half-life/tfc
Other than that, I can't help you man!  Sorry.

I've also heard that putting it in your TFC folder works wonders...

the putting it in the tfc folder was funny enough the first 4 times but I did all of these things and I think I know the problem...........kienan my brother likes to f*** with my half life folder just to piss me off...........I hope he isn't to fond of thos 672 songs he has downloaded
Well thanks anyway KRG I will try again and if it dosent work ill just be playing TV1 forever(noooooooo)

Are you just trying to be able to play neo? if so, just connect to TV2, it will put everything on that you will need to play neo.

What version of Windows do you have? If it's 2k or xp you should remove your brother's rights from the folder so he can't screw with it.
