Ahh START STEAM then right click on Steam ICON click on servers hen click on add server then enter ip and poof there you are 
IP'S are as follow's
TV-1 ip=209.242.10.135
TV-4 ip=67.95. ... |

I don't think DoD has one, just use the links we have in server info to add them to your favorites list, then they'll always be there!
so if i add the server to my favorites in IE, it will be there ... |
