Yes two chest shots will, two limb shots will not.
Also i meant the FG having a moving penalty, not the BAR. I know the BAR doesnt. |

The FG42 is just as powerful as the BAR (63 damage to limbs, 85 to chest, 212 in the skull) but it has a faster rate of fire - and thus - is more difficult to control.
