I found that if you don't "push" (move forward) against the door when its opening you dont get stuck.
If stuck i crouch and jump and get out everytime. (sometimes its takes a few tries)
The other way to get unstuck is to crouch and move sideways then move froward and jump.
On the lifts shoot on the way up and it will sometimes keep you from getting stuck.
