DoD:S Server 1 needs late night admins

Well I think the server title speaks for itself. I was trying to enjoy some late night DoD:S due to school owning my free time. However, tonight I had to deal with racial slurs, vulgar names, and a llama on my team who thought it'd be hilarious to run around punching me and stepping in front of me while I was a sniper. I've been here at theville for years and I've never seen this type of behavior on theville servers. It is plain disgusting.

there working on it pretty hard ,they just been overwelmed with getting everything together. just give it a little time and those people will be handled and fed to the sharks! its been a major topic

plus maybe its jsut me making this connection here but in order to buy dod:s in stores you have to buy cs:s so that is jsut bound to bring in a bad crowd of people that jsut want to "try it out"

Well, I've been around theville for years (Since it was avantiville). I participated in the 2 TFC tourneys theville hosted, I was an admin on The Specialist server we had and to be quite honest I'd love to help keep the DoD:S servers clean of the scum I was playing with/against last night. I guess if any of the server owners are interested and think I could do a good job, send me a pm. I believe JD can vouch for me as well.

It has nothing todo with the admins not tring to keep things up to par. This is a new mod running a new engine. It's about getting the admin rights and all the plugguns to work corretly as there was nothing out there to do this. It is finally getting to the stage where we have things working properly. Us server ops have been working day and night on this to fix the issue's that are out there. So there is alot more to the story then admins not doing there job right. It takes time a patience sometimes before everything is running top notch which TheVille is used to. Give it some time it's only been a couple weeks. Things will get better and back up to Ville standards.

Hey i play cs too!!!!! its not all that bad its just alot more little kids...but if i wouldnt have started playing cs i would have never played dod so i guess cs is good for somethings...yeah i still play once in a while but that normal last 5 min or so before i quit and go play dod..lol

When is an administrator going to fix the permissions on this forum?

Anyway, I think things will be better as soon as supporter access is turned back on. That will at least give more people the oppurtunity to help remove a disruptive players. It also might possibly help if there were a few more admins around, but you never know who to trust...

just lettin the admins know i think your doin a great job, and i appreciate

it, source is new and will take a while for everything to come together but its not from lack of work on our admin part if you go to any other server its worse! we just need to take note of the problem players so no one goes unpunished!
