http://spybot.eon.net.au/ its called Spybot Search and Destroy.After using a good program we had Sr. ran a check with this program and it found an additional 200 something more things !! Its free give it a try

it was a screensavers recomendation a few weeks ago... maybe it was a few months.

I did the same thing as you did Bada. I ran the old version of Ad-Aware and let it do it's thing. Then came back when I first got Spybot and ran it. It found a bunch more stuff that ad-aware didn't find. However a lot of the stuff that it was finding was windows stuff that I wanted running. For instance my auto update was showing up. I still check stuff on occasion with spybot but I still prefer ad-aware for it's simplicity.

Spybot shows you what cookies you have stored. You can select which ones you wish to keep, and it gets rid of the rest. Which is good for staying signed-in on forums.

I use that program a lot. Usually it finds a few things and the Ad-aware finds none. I guess my computer isn't a target .
